Himesh and Vaishali have always been the pioneers among our group of friends… Be it getting married (Ashish tells me Himesh still denies it ;-)) or buying a house, they have always led the way… so we had been teasing them about being the first ones to start a family…. And they did not disappoint us.. :-)
Both Ashish and I were thrilled when Himesh- Vaishali announced that they were expecting, back in June. Himesh’s mom and sis were visiting, so they had a small ceremony at their home to celebrate this good news. (Click here to see the pics)
On Sunday, we had a Baby Shower for Vaishali. It was held in Arya Bhavan and was attended by about 30 family and friends. The party kicked off with Vaishali and Himesh cutting the cake and this was followed by games. After the prize distribution, we had a feast of both North and South Indian delicacies.
